Sunday,  February 9

• Depart Charleston International for Leonardo Da Vinci/Fiumicino Airport in Rome at 2:59pm on Delta Airlines connecting in Atlanta.
• Travel with the group – economy class
• Travel individually with custom air – departing on your dates and your class of seating (Business or Premium Economy)

Monday, February 10

• Arrive in Rome at 10:35am.
• Those on the group flight will be transferred to our hotel.
• Arrive at our hotel and settle in.
• Those on Custom Air will be transported to the hotel with a private transfer unless on the same flights as the group. (Not included in the price of the tour).
• Dinner on your own.

Tuesday, February 11

• Meet our tour director in the Lobby; Orientation drive to see the highlights of Rome. 
• Celebrate Mass at the hotel prior to dinner.
• Welcome dinner this evening with your Tour Director and fellow pilgrims at a local restaurant. 

Wednesday, February 12

• Today you have the unique chance to attend the Papal Audience in the Vatican (subject to availability).
• Afterwards, enjoy an included city tour with a Local Guide to see the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, where St. Paul was buried after his martyrdom, St. John Lateran Basilica, the Cathedral of Rome, and seat of its Bishop (the Pope) and the Holy Stairs, and the Catacombs.
• Celebrate Mass at St. Paul Outside the Walls.
• Dinner at a local restaurant. 

Thursday, February 13

• Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour with headsets inside the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica.
• Following lunch (at your own expense) there will be a guided city tour of Rome including the Roman Forum and entrance to the Colosseum.
• Celebrate Mass in at church close to the hotel.
• Dinner at a local restaurant. 

Friday, February 14

• After an early breakfast, Celebrate Mass at 7:15am at a public ceremony in the Vatican.
• Free day in Rome! I am able to arrange a number of different full day and half day tours in and around the city depending on your interest.
• Your Globus Tour Director will also be available this morning should you need assistance arranging your day of leisure in Rome.
• Dinner on your own.   

Saturday, February 15

• Journey north to Florence. Here enjoy a guided sightseeing tour with headsets inside the Cathedral, Giotto’s bell Tower, and the Academy OF Fine Arts to see Michelangelo’s David.
• Celebrate Mass at the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral (Duomo).
• Balance of the day is at leisure.
• Dinner this evening at your hotel.

Sunday, February 16

• Coach to Siena. Stroll its Gothic streets and visit the Sanctuary of St. Catherine, Celebrate Mass at the Basilica of Dominic and see the Siena Cathedral.
• Continue to Assisi and visit St. Mary Of The Angels Basilica and the Portiuncula.
• Arrive at the hilltop village of Assisi, home of Saint Francis.
• Dinner at a local restaurant. 

Monday, February 17

• Take a guided walking tour of Assisi with visits to the basilicas of St. Francis and St. Clare.
• Celebrate Mass in Assisi.
• Return to Rome and have some free time.
• Farewell dinner at a local Italian Restaurant.

Tuesday, February 18

• Early morning Mass at the hotel.
• After Breakfast, transfer to the Rome Airport for our flight home.  Depart Rome at Noon, Arrive in Charleston at 10:23pm connecting in JFK, New York.
